Placement Exams are essential to proper placement in courses at University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Please take the time to take the necessary exams before going through New Student Enrollment.
Math PlacementALL students must take the Math Placement Exam. This exam is available through MyRed.
Modern LanguageStudents can access this exam through their MyRed.
The Modern Language Placement Exam is available in French, German and Spanish for those students needing or wanting to take foreign language at UNL.
Spatial Visualization AssessmentAll first-year engineering students need to take a spatial visualization assessment prior to New Student Enrollment to determine if additional spatial visualization training would be beneficial during the first semester. Prior to New Student Enrollment, engineering students will receive an email that contains a link to the assessment with instructions.
