Orientation Leaders

Orientation leaders running to the stage

Being an orientation leader is a great opportunity for current students looking to gain leadership experience. You'll lead campus tours, be a resource for new students, facilitate small- and large-group activities, contribute to events during Big Red Welcome and Power Up Weekend and gain internship experience.

Forget what you "know" about who makes a good orientation leader. We want our team to reflect the incoming student body, which means we need a variety of personalities, strengths, backgrounds, majors, involvements, experiences and identities to create a well-rounded team. Whether you're outgoing or reserved, super involved or just getting your feet wet in campus organizations, you could have a place on our team. If you want to represent the university while serving new students and their families, you should apply!
