Big Red Welcome Street Festival

Please complete and submit the following form to register your business, non-profit, department or organization for the 2023 Big Red Welcome Street Festival on Sunday, August 20. Please read all of the following information before completing your registration.
Details and Dimensions
Booth space is available in 12'x12' blocks, and you may purchase up to three booths. We will furnish an 8'x30" table and two chairs with each booth purchase; however, we WILL NOT provide dividers, backdrops or table coverings.
Payment
The cost per booth is as follows:

| Non-profit organizations | $250 |
| University departments | $50 |
| Recognized Student Organizations | $20 |
Since the Big Red Welcome Street Festival presented by Nebraska Army National Guard will be held outside, there will be limited electrical hookups available. If you are requesting electricity, there will be an additional $25 fee. Booths that have access to electricity (15/20amp 120v) are marked on the map with a lightning bolt.
We cannot issue refunds if the Street Festival presented by Nebraska Army National Guard is cancelled due to weather.
